COMMUNITY CENTRE – SECTOR-40

Noida Authority has provided for the benefit of the residents as well as people from other places a Community Centre in Sector-40. It is situated at the most appropriate location; in the middle of the sector near to Sai Mandir and Shaktidham Mandir.

This Community Centre is managed by Resident Welfare Association on behalf of Noida Authority. Resident Welfare Association is legally bound to govern it as per the rules and regulations laid by Noida Authority from time to time. 

Residents of Sector-40 and Noida Authority employees can book the place 160 days in advance whereas non-residents can book it 90 days in advance. The preference and priority of booking shall be given firstly to Noida Authority employees, secondly to residents of Sector-40 and lastly to non-residents.   

It has one large hall measuring 75×50 ft, one open and tiled space 100X90 ft and an adjoining lawn measuring almost 100X90 ft. The booking of the place can be done for social functions, religious gatherings, marriages, ceremonies and any other functions of personal nature. It has various charges for the bookings. However, there is a provision of ‘No Charges’ for the condolence meeting only (Shok-Sabha only). In the unfortunate event of any death in the family after the booking of the Community Centre, the entire booking amount shall be refunded.

The sound levels of DJ or any other sounds from speakers/band instruments should not rise more than the prescribed limits. Playing of DJ and sound producing equipment is strictly prohibited, without any exception beyond 10pm as per Government Orders.

Commercial use of Community Centre is not permitted. Unlawful activities, rioting or any other illegal act under influence of liquor and/or use of any weapon is strictly prohibited.
