Management
The affairs of the Residents Welfare Association is managed and controlled by the Managing Committee which consists of not more than 11 members, out of which at least one member from each block of the sector is given representation; who are elected by the member of the Association in the General Body Meeting.
The office bearers of the Managing Committee are 1. President, 2. Vice President, 3. General Secretary, 4. Treasurer. There are 7 Executive Members wherein 1 Executive member from each of 6 blocks of Sector-40 is elected. However, the Managing Committee can constitute a sub-committee or co-opt members for discharging duties for specific purpose.
The elected members of the Managing Committee hold the office until the next election takes place after the term of 2 years. No officer bearer can hold office for same post for more than one term of two years. They shall be eligible for re-election for different posts after one term of two years.
